We are looking for an Office Manager to support our day-to-day operations. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who enjoys working in a creative, design-focused environment.



Your Responsabilities include:

  • Managing daily office operations and administrative tasks
  • Handling phone calls, emails, and general correspondence
  • Targeting tenders and preparation of office portfolio
  • Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
  • Invoicing & billing
  • Assisting staff with administrative needs


Your Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in office administration or office management
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign
  • Experience in an architectural or design office is a plus
