Targeting tenders and preparation of office portfolio

Maintaining digital and physical filing systems
- Invoicing & billing

Assisting staff with administrative needs
Your Qualifications:

Prior experience in office administration or office management

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and InDesign
- Experience in an architectural or design office is a plus
